Alan Helps is Chef/Patron and works closely with his team and suppliers who are dedicated to preparing excellent meals from raw produce – be it Business/Office Working Lunches, BBQs, Buffets, Bowl Food, Canapes, Picnics or any other Catering Events that have been requested.
Alan has a life-long passion for food and different cuisines. He trained in Leith’s School of Food & Wine and has gained a wealth of experience, working in different areas of the industry from fine dining at Michelin star level to cafes and award-winning gastro/community pubs to high level hospitality in 4 and 5 star hotels and of course the years of events The Corporate Chef has led and catered for.
Premises: Our 1000FT commercial kitchen has just been expanded with new equipment ready to deal with all demands, ensuring food is safely stored, prepared and served to the highest quality.
Environment and Sustainability: We regularly review our procedures to ensure our processes are as lean as possible. Our oil and waste is recycled. We have chosen the Euro 6 engine for our company vehicle approved by the latest emissions guidelines.
Healthy Eating: Utilising fresh ingredients and only working with rapeseed and olive oils.
Premium Quality & locally sourced: We use carefully chosen suppliers for great produce executed well for perfect results.
Presentation: We use china, porcelain and melamine platters for our dishes.
