Alan Helps founded The Corporate Chef in 2011.
From an early age Alan appreciated freshly produced premium ingredients over shop bought meals, and recognised an opportunity to make this the centre of his vocation. Alan studied at ‘Leith’s School of Food and Wine’ and has gained a wealth of experience, working in different areas of the industry from fine dining at Michelin star level to cafes and award-winning gastro/community pubs to high-level hospitality and banqueting in 4 and 5 star hotels, and of course the years of events The Corporate Chef has led and catered for.
Being a foodie, Alan enjoys fine dining restaurants and wine pairing, while taking inspiration and always looking for new ideas.
Since its inception it has amassed a fantastic portfolio of clients while continuing to serve some of its original clientele to this day.
Winning several awards and accolades along the way, TCC team has grown steadily and is now based in its new 2000ft premises, nestled within the M25 allowing them easy access to London, the suburbs, and surrounding counties. The business has re-invested a lot over the years with a fantastic workspace, efficient appliances and workflow, up to date technology for staff and clients capable of producing an excellent offering.
With state-of-the-art equipment and classic and contemporary food techniques, the team are proud and passionate about the results.
